Ingredients
- 1,5 oz of Canada 72 Dry Gin
- 0,75 oz of simple syrup
- 0,75 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz of sparkling wine
- Garnish: 1 lemon zest
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the sparkling wine.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Add the sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon zest.
