Ingredients
- 2 oz of grapefruit vodka
- 1 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
- 0,25 oz of simple syrup
- Water
- Garnish : 1 zest of grapefruit grilled with a torch
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top up with water.
- Stir with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a zest of grapefruit grilled with a torch.
