Ingredients
- 1 oz of herb liqueur
- 0.25 oz of hot pepper vodka
- 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 bar spoon of peach jam
- 3 dashes of foamer
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and stir with a bar spoon.
- Shake well.
- Add ice cubes and shake again.
- Double strain into a Marie-Antoinette type of glass.
