Pear elixir

Herb liqueur


  • 1.25 oz of herb liqueur 
  • 1.25 oz of pear juice 
  • 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice 
  • 0.5 bar spoon of maraschino cherry juice 
  • Garnish: 1 maraschino cherry and 1 lemon zest 


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker. 
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well. 
  3. Strain into an Old Fashioned type of glass containing a large ice cube. 
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon zest
