Ingredients
- 1 oz of aged orange liqueur
- 1 oz of cognac
- 0,75 oz of fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: 1 lemon zest and brown sugar
Preparation
- Decorate half of the contour of a cold coupe with brown sugar.
- Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass.
- Add ice cubes to fill up the glass and stir with a bar spoon for 20 seconds.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon zest.
