NOROI distillery is proud to present its new Quebec wild berries gin. Distilled in St-Hyacinthe, this new product is a dry gin that was elaborated with a base of numerous ingredients such as juniper berries, coriander, liquorice, orris root, lemon and bitter orange peels.
The gin gets its pink reflects from a maceration with biological haskap berries, coming from Les Délices du Rapide, and strawberries from Gadbois farm. Both producers are within 15 km of NOROI distillery, making it a local and fresh product from Saint-Hyacinthe. This cold-distilled combination of ingredients offers a delicious fruity taste that is perfect for the beginning of summer!
