Aged Orange Liqueur


  • 1 oz of aged orange liqueur
  • 1 oz of cognac
  • 0,75 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • Garnish: 1 lemon zest and brown sugar


  1. Decorate half of the contour of a cold coupe with brown sugar.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice cubes to fill up the glass and stir with a bar spoon for 20 seconds.
  4. Strain into the coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest.
