Ingredients
- 2 oz of grapefruit vodka
- 1,5 oz of microbrewery Le Bilboquet’s Peau d’ours beer
- 0,5 oz of amaretto
- 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 0,5 oz of pineapple juice
- Garnish : pineapple wheel
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the beer.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Double strain into a Highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top up with the beer.
- Garnish with a pineapple wheel.
