Ingredients
1.5 oz of amaretto
0.5 oz of aperitivo
0.5 oz of fresh lime juice
0.5 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
2.5 oz of prosecco or cava
Garnish: 1 lime or grapefruit wedge
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into a wine glass.
- Add ice and stir gently with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a lime or grapefruit wedge.
