Amaretto Grapefruit vodka


  • 2 oz of grapefruit vodka 
  • 1,5 oz of microbrewery Le Bilboquet’s Peau d’ours beer 
  • 0,5 oz of amaretto 
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice 
  • 0,5 oz of pineapple juice 
  • Garnish : pineapple wheel 


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the beer. 
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well. 
  3. Double strain into a Highball glass filled with ice cubes. 
  4. Top up with the beer. 
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wheel.
