Ingredients
- 3 oz of Esprit-de-Mexico
- 1,25 oz of simple syrup
- 0,25 oz of fresh lime juice
- 2 oz of grapefruit juice
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: 1 grapefruit slice
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the sparkling water.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.Strain into a Highball type of glass, filled with ice cubes.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
