Lemon pie

Lemon Liqueur


  • 1,5 oz of lemon liqueur
  • 2 bar spoons of blueberry jam
  • 0,25 oz of simple syrup
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 3 dashes of foamer
  • Garnish: 1 lemon wheel


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Double strain into an Old Fashioned type of glass with a big ice cube.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
