Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-des-Caraïbes
- 1 oz of orange liqueur
- 4 oz of pineapple juice
- 1 oz of fresh lime juice
- 1,5 oz of unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 oz of maple syrup
- 1 dash of Peach & apricot bitters (optional)
- Garnish: 1 pineapple slice
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a glass of your choice, full of ice cubes.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice.
