Orange liqueur Esprit-des-Caraïbes


  • 2 oz of Esprit-des-Caraïbes
  • 1 oz of orange liqueur
  • 4 oz of pineapple juice
  • 1 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 1,5 oz of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 oz of maple syrup
  • 1 dash of Peach & apricot bitters (optional)
  • Garnish: 1 pineapple slice


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass of your choice, full of ice cubes.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
