Ingredients
- 1.25 oz of herb liqueur
- 1.25 oz of pear juice
- 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 bar spoon of maraschino cherry juice
- Garnish: 1 maraschino cherry and 1 lemon zest
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned type of glass containing a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon zest
