Ingredients
- 1 oz of Plantation Xaymaca rum
- 0,5 oz of 3 stars Plantation rum
- 0,5 oz of El Dorado 12 years rum
- 0,5 oz of raspberry liqueur
- 0,25 oz of grenadine syrup
- 0,25 oz of demerara syrup
- 0,75 oz of fresh lime juice
- 1 dash of Northern Classic Bitters (optional)
Garnish: a mint bunch and 1 raspberry
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned type of glass, full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a mint bunch and a raspberry.
