Miss sage

raspberry liqueur


  • 1,5 oz of raspberry liqueur
  • 0,25 oz of simple syrup
  • 0,75 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 5 sage leaves
  • Sparkling water
  • Garnish: 1 sage leaf and some raspberries


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the sparkling water.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Double strain into a Highball type of glass full of ice cubes.
  4. Top up with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a sage leaf and some raspberries.
