Raspberry Grog

raspberry liqueur


  • 1 oz of Plantation Xaymaca rum
  • 0,5 oz of 3 stars Plantation rum
  • 0,5 oz of El Dorado 12 years rum
  • 0,5 oz of raspberry liqueur
  • 0,25 oz of grenadine syrup
  • 0,25 oz of demerara syrup
  • 0,75 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash of Northern Classic Bitters (optional)
    Garnish: a mint bunch and 1 raspberry


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain into an Old Fashioned type of glass, full of crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with a mint bunch and a raspberry.
