Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-des-Caraïbes
- 0,5 oz of orange liqueur
- 1 lime, sliced in wedges
- 1 tsp of brown sugar
- Sparkling water
Preparation
- Using a muddler, crush all the ingredients at the bottom of an Old Fashioned type of glass, except the sparkling water.
- Add ice cubes to fill up the glass.
- Top up with sparkling water.
