Ingredients
- 2 oz of dry gin
- 0,75 oz of simple syrup
- 0,25 oz of passion fruit syrup
- 1 oz of grapefruit juice
- 0,25 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes of lemon & lime bitter
- Littoral Tonic water
- Garnish: 1 lemon zest
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the tonic water.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Pour into a glass of your choice.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Garnish with one lemon zest.
