Ingredients
- 2 oz of Boreal dry gin
- 1 oz of grenadine syrup
- 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: a thyme branch
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the sparkling water.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Pour into an Old Fashioned type of glass.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a thyme branch.
