Boreal dry gin

Ingredients

  • 1,5 oz of boreal dry gin
  • 0,75 oz of Monna & Filles blackcurrant syrup
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • Prosecco
  • Garnish: 1 rosemary branch and some fresh cranberries

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the prosseco.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain into a champagne flute.
  4. Top up with prosecco.
  5. Garnish with a rosemary branch and some fresh cranberries.
