- 1,5 oz of boreal dry gin
- 0,75 oz of Monna & Filles blackcurrant syrup
- 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: 1 rosemary branch and some fresh cranberries
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the prosseco.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top up with prosecco.
- Garnish with a rosemary branch and some fresh cranberries.
