Boreal dry gin


  • 1 oz of Boreal dry gin
  • 0,5 oz of green Chartreuse
  • 0,25 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • Spruce beer
  • Garnish: a cucumber slice


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain into a Highball type of glass, full of ice cubes.
  4. Top up with spruce beer.
  5. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
