Boreal dry gin

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Boreal dry gin
  • 1 oz of grenadine syrup
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Garnish: a thyme branch

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the sparkling water.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Pour into an Old Fashioned type of glass.
  4. Top up with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a thyme branch.
