Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Esprit-d’Italie
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice 
  • 3 strawberries 
  • Tonic water 
  • Garnish: 1 blueberry skewer 

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Using a muddler, crush all the ingredients except the tonic water into a shaker. 
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well. 
  3. Double strain into a coupe filled with ice cubes. 
  4. Top with tonic water. 
  5. Garnish with a blueberry skewer.
