Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of lime liqueur
- 0.5 oz of dry gin
- 0.25 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 5 basil leaves
- Sparkling water
- Garnish : 1 lime wheel and 1 basil bunch
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients except the sparkling water into a shaker, and mash them.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Double strain into a Highball type of glass.
- Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a basil bunch.
