Cool It Off

Dry gin Lime liqueur


  • 1.5 oz of lime liqueur
  • 0.5 oz of dry gin
  • 0.25 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 5 basil leaves
  • Sparkling water
  • Garnish : 1 lime wheel and 1 basil bunch


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients except the sparkling water into a shaker, and mash them.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Double strain into a Highball type of glass.
  4. Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a basil bunch.
