Ingredients
- 0,75 oz of aperitivo
- 0,75 oz of orange liqueur
- 0,5 oz of grapefruit juice
- 0,5 oz of honey syrup
- 4 dashes of foamer
- Littoral Tonic water
- Garnish: 1 lemon zest
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the tonic water.
- Shake well (dry shake).
- Add ice cubes and shake well again.
- Strain with a fine strainer, into a Highball type of glass full of ice cubes.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Garnish with a lemon zest.
