Maple Ramos

Maple gin


  • 2 oz of maple gin
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz of maple syrup
  • 2-3 dashes of orange bitters
  • 2-3 dashes of foamer
  • 1 oz of whipping cream 35%
  • Sparkling water
  • Garnish: 1 mint bunch and 1 lime, lemon or orange wedge (of your choice)


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the sparkling water, finishing with the cream and the foamer.
  2. Shake well (dry shake).
  3. Strain into a glass full of ice cubes.
  4. Top up with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a mint bunch and a citrus wedge (of your choice).
