Ingredients
- 1,5 oz of raspberry liqueur
- 0,25 oz of simple syrup
- 0,75 oz of fresh lime juice
- 5 sage leaves
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: 1 sage leaf and some raspberries
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the sparkling water.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Double strain into a Highball type of glass full of ice cubes.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a sage leaf and some raspberries.
