Ingredients
- 26 oz (1 bottle) of Esprit-d’Italie
- 9,75 oz of maple syrup
- 9,75 oz of fresh lime juice
- 13 oz of old fashioned apple juice
- 6 dashes of Northern Classic bitters (optional)
- Garnish: an apple cut in slices and 3 star anise
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients and garnishes in a big punch bowl.
- Add ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon.
