November punch



  • 26 oz (1 bottle) of Esprit-d’Italie
  • 9,75 oz of maple syrup
  • 9,75 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 13 oz of old fashioned apple juice
  • 6 dashes of Northern Classic bitters (optional)
  • Garnish: an apple cut in slices and 3 star anise


  1. Pour all the ingredients and garnishes in a big punch bowl.
  2. Add ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon.
