Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Esprit-d’Italie
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 0,5 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 dashes of foamer
  • Garnish: 1 grapefruit wheel and some grinded black pepper

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain into a shaker and shake well again (dry shake).
  4. Strain into a Marie-Antoinette coupe.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and some grinded black pepper.
