Ingredients
- 2 oz of Quebec wild berries gin
- 0,5 oz of dry vermouth
- 0,5 tsp. of maple syrup
- 2 dashes of floral bitters (optional)
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Garnish: 1 strawberry slice
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned type of glass with one large ice cube.
- Garnish with a thin strawberry slice.
