Dry gin


  • 1,5 oz of dry gin
  • 1 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz of citrus syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters
  • Blood Orange sparkling water


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the sparkling water.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Pour into a wine glass.
  4. Top up with sparkling water.
