Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-d’Italie
- 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 0,5 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
- 3 dashes of foamer
- Garnish: 1 grapefruit wheel and some grinded black pepper
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into a shaker and shake well again (dry shake).
- Strain into a Marie-Antoinette coupe.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and some grinded black pepper.
