The Cubano



  • 1 oz of aperitivo
  • 1 oz of white rum
  • 3 oz of sparkling water
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 2 t. spoon of white sugar
  • 0.5 of a lime, sliced
  • Garnish: 1 orange slice


  1. Using a muddler, crush the mint leaves, the sugar, and the lime slices into a glass.
  2. Add ice cubes, the aperitivo, the white rum, and the sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice.
