The lucky star




  1. Pour the Esprit-d’Italie and the syrup into a mixing glass.
  2. Stir with a bar spoon until the syrup is fully diluted.
  3. Add ice cubes and stir again for 27 turns.
  4. Strain into an Old Fashioned type of glass with a big ice cube.
  5. Top up with a Vodka soda.
  6. Garnish with a star anise.
