Ingredients
- 1 oz of Esprit-d’Italie
- 2 bar spoon of granulated sugar
- 3 wedges of half of a lemon
- 3 thyme branches
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Using a muddle, crush all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Pour into an Old Fashioned type of glass.
