Ingredients

  • 1 oz of Esprit-d’Italie
  • 2 bar spoon of granulated sugar
  • 3 wedges of half of a lemon
  • 3 thyme branches

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Using a muddle, crush all the ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Pour into an Old Fashioned type of glass.
