Boreal dry gin

Ingredients

  • 1,5 oz of boreal gin
  • 0,5 oz of lillet
  • 1 splash of absinthe
  • 0,5 oz of lemon syrup
  • 0,25 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Garnish: 1 lemon zest

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Rince a coupe with absinthe.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  4. Double strain into the absinthe scented coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest.
