Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-d’Italie
- 3 oz of orange juice
- 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes of foamer
- Absinthe
- Garnish: 1 dehydrated orange wheel
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Rinse a Marie-Antoinette-type glass with absinthe.
- Pour all remaining ingredients into a shaker and shake well (dry shake).
- Add ice cubes and shake again.
- Strain into a glass.
- Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
