Ingredients
- 1,5 oz of Quebec wild berries gin
- 3 dashes of floral bitters (optional)
- 1 rosemary branch
- 2 lavender branches
- 3 oz of sparkling wine
Preparation
- Place the rosemary and the lavender branches at the bottom of a glass full of ice cubes.
- Add the gin and the dashes of bitters.
- Top up with sparkling wine.
