Ingredients
- 1,25 oz of maple liqueur
- 0,75 oz of verjuice
- 2 dashes of juniper burst bitters
- Dry pear cider
- Garnish: 1 pear slice and 1 thyme branch
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into a wine glass full of ice cubes.
- Top up with pear cider.
- Stir with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a pear slice and a branch of thyme.
