Ingredients
- 1 oz of aperitivo
- 1,25 oz of whisky
- 0,75 oz of red vermouth
- 0,25 oz of espresso coffee
- 2 dashes of peach & apricot bitters (optional)
- Garnish: 1 orange zest
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass.
- Add ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a glass full of ice cubes (or one big ice cube).
- Garnish with an orange zest.
