Ingredients
- 1,25 oz of dry gin
- 0,5 oz of orange liqueur
- 0,75 oz of fresh lime juice
- 1 oz of apricot nectar
- 0,75 oz orgeat syrup
- 2 dashes of juniper burst bitters
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: a couple sage leaves
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the sparkling water.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain on ice into a coupe.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with some sage leaves.
