Ingredients
- 1 oz of aperitivo
- 1 oz of Quebec wild berries gin
- 1 oz of grapefruit juice
- 0,5 oz of fresh lime juice
- 0,75 oz of cream
- Littoral grapefruit tonic water
- Garnish: edible flowers
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the tonic water.
- Shake well for one minute (dry shake).
- Add ice cubes et shake well again for 2 minutes.
- Strain into a cold glass while adding the tonic water.
- Top up with the rest of the mix to get a foam collar.
- Garnish with edible flowers.
