Ingredients
- 1,5 oz of dry gin
- 1 oz of Pink Unicorn syrup
- 2 dashes of Juniper Burst bitters
- Honeydew melon cubes
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Littoral Tonic water
- Garnish: 1 lime wedge and 1 honeydew melon cube
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Using a muddler, crush the honeydew melon cubes, the mint leaves and the syrup into a shaker.
- Pour all the other ingredients into the shaker, except the tonic water.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Double strain into a glass full of ice cubes.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a honeydew melon cube.
