This sweet and slightly acidulous liqueur is made from a triple maceration of alcohol, and biological plums from Michel Clair’s orchard in Saint-Michel-De-Bellechasse. Four different varieties of plums for used for this blend: Mount-Royal, Lombard, red plums, and Reine Claude. It will surely please fruity liqueur amateurs. To drink on the rock or in a cocktail.
