Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-de-London
- 1 oz of Cardamom & Chamomile syrup
- 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- Tonic water
- Garnish: 1 lemon wheel
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the tonic water.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into a coupe full of fresh ice.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Note
You can also replace the homemade Cardamom & Chamomile syrup by Charlatans’ Coffee & Cardamom syrup.
