Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-d’Italie
- 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 3 strawberries
- Tonic water
- Garnish: 1 blueberry skewer
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Using a muddler, crush all the ingredients except the tonic water into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Double strain into a coupe filled with ice cubes.
- Top with tonic water.
- Garnish with a blueberry skewer.
